Extraordinary effort has been made to ensure the unit designs and common spaces are right for our residents.  The  Townhomes , are set in the interior of the site allowing for a quiet living environment.   Also, each home has a garage wide enough to be useful.  

 The interior offers a formal foyer entrance to a combined dining and living room, and a well-designed kitchen with access to the garage, through the laundry room.  Bedrooms are nicely sized with a master ensuite bathroom having a walk-in shower.  A second main floor bath with a tub is included.  

 Some homes may have lofts added as an option.  These will provide additional space for family or guests with a bedroom, library, and bathroom.  Not everyone may want the extra space, so we have made sure that all you need is on the main level.

At this point we have one unit plan.  Others are forthcoming and modifications to the current plan will be considered.
